这是很多人都遇到的问题，原因如下：
1.网络原因，当然这个已经很多人总结了，比如防火墙等
2.端口配置错误
3.host不能写错
比如：你是这样配置的。
[mw_shl_code=bash,true]<configuration>
  <property>
        <name>fs.defaultFS</name>
        <value>hdfs://localhost:9000</value>
    </property>
</configuration>
[/mw_shl_code]

那么你就需要这样写，就不需要写成本机 ip地址。

hdfs访问写错只有这个命运，访问被拒绝。其它问题同理
