openstack安装问题

根据官网步骤安装m版本，到systemctl restart httpd.service memcached.service 输入命令的时候出现错误Job for httpd.service failed because the control process exited with error code. See "systemctl status httpd.service" and "journalctl -xe" for details.

里面的TIME_ZONE 应该配置错误。
应该为TIME_ZONE ="UTC"
其它的也仔细核实下
