在控制节点输入以下命令：
# nova network-create demo-net --bridge br100 --multi-host T \
> --fixed-range-v4 203.0.113.24/29


报错信息：
ERROR (ClientException): The server has either erred or is incapable of performing the requested operation. (HTTP 500) (Request-ID: req-d3a0e7df-a1d6-4dbd-8942-318c656f1a07)

服务器有错误或无法执行请求的操作。详细看日志。看下neutron-server.log
