关于启动image提示Unexpected API Error.

各位大大：
小弟按照官网的配置教程搭建了openstack，但出现如上的问题：
错误：Unexpected API Error. Please report this at http://bugs.launchpad.net/nova/ and attach the Nova API log if possible.<class 'keystoneclient.exceptions.Unauthorized'> (HTTP 500) (Request-ID: req-136247ad-3bd4-424d-ba86-5ca209f43c2f)
导致无法启动实例。
请问怎么解决？

这是Juno版的：

上面根据自己的实际情况，查看响应版本的

还是看日志。不能成功的原因很多，比如镜像有问题，controller有问题。等
先看看Nova api日志吧

下面是我在Web上点击启动云主机后，输入名称点击确定后输出的log日志：
