新建的openstack实例安装软件一直报超时的错误

环境如下：
Juno 宿主机是VMWare vSphere,上面装了四台虚拟机,镜像是Ubuntu14.04，分别是Controller, Network, computer1, cinder1.
现在新建了六个实例，其中一个实例的地址是：10.1.4.106,镜像是Centos7.2

我登录这台机器后，在上面安装软件docker-io:
yum install wget,报错如下：
