求大神指点，创建实例instance状态为error！！！

环境：Ubuntu 14.04 三节点 controller，compute，network。
目前参考文档操作，只安装了keystone，glance，Nova，Neutron，dashboard。

最后创建novaboot --flavor m1.tiny --image cirros-0.3.4-x86_64 --nicnet-id=dd8447d7-b5f6-49e4-80d0-a01c845de472 --security-group default --key-namedemo-key demo-instance1状态是error错误.不知道，试了几次也不行，都是这个错误。

net-id这个注意了没问题。网络agent也正常
最新创建的一个instance4报错为（其他都是这种报错）

还没有安装块存储服务cinder和对象存储服务swift。
参考网上报错说修改/etc/nova/nova.conf
vif_plugging_is_fatal = False
vif_plugging_timeout = 0
还是不行，，，这个坑好大。。。。目前无解。。。。。。。有大神指点一下，非常感谢！！！！！

故障

创建实例，很多组件都是需要用到的。
需要查看多个日志，比如网络的，Nova等等都需要查看下。而且查看不同的节点。这样综合才能判断。而且记得日期一定对的上。

我看了Nova-compute.log日志，就是报了这个错，不知道咋解决了

看看控制节点的，同时贴出时间。
还有网络节点的日志。
glance，Nova，Neutron。这三个都看下

这里是说块设备准备失败Failure prepping block device.

最好装上，可能虚拟机在启动的时候需要块存储作为硬盘。也就是虚拟机【实例】的硬盘

配置文件有错误，还有错误日志太少怎么判断
