【求助】flume输出的问题

问题是：当两个都启动的时候，向data.log输入内容， avro-source这块没有反应
麻烦哪位大神帮忙看一下，或者运行一下看是什么问题，谢谢

最好提供下日志，否则很难判断问题在什么地方
